AIIMS Raebareli Senior Resident (Non-Academic) Adhoc Recruitment 2026 – Detail Information
The All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Raebareli has issued Advertisement No. AIIMS/RBL/REC/SR/2026/099 for filling 82 Senior Resident (Non-Academic) posts on a purely adhoc basis, initially for 6 months, extendable at the discretion of the Executive Director, AIIMS Raebareli.
Vacancies: A total of 82 posts are distributed across 35 departments with category-wise reservation of 26 UR, 23 OBC, 15 SC, 8 ST, and 10 EWS. Additionally, 4% of vacancies are horizontally reserved for PwD candidates as per Government of India norms.
Key Departments: Vacancies are available in departments including Cardiology (6 posts), Nephrology (6 posts), CTVS (5 posts), Urology (5 posts), Medical Oncology (4 posts), Microbiology (4 posts), Anaesthesia (3 posts), Psychiatry (3 posts), Trauma & Emergency (3 posts), Surgical Oncology (3 posts), Transfusion Medicine (3 posts), and many more.
Eligibility: Candidates must possess a medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, and must be registered with the Central or State Medical Council. For broad specialties, MD/MS/DNB in the concerned specialty is required. For super-specialties, DM/MCh/DNB in the concerned super-specialty is required.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 45 years as on the date of interview. Relaxation of 5 years is available for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates as per Government of India rules.
Pay Scale: Selected Senior Residents will be placed in Pay Matrix Level-11 with a minimum basic pay of ₹67,700 plus NPA (for medical personnel) as per 7th CPC recommendations.
Important Note on Appointment Terms: The appointment is purely adhoc, and the appointee shall not be entitled to benefits like Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Attendance, Seniority, or Promotion. The appointee will be a whole-time employee and will not be allowed private practice or any other assignment during the tenure.
Selection Process: The selection process consists of reporting and registration at the venue, document verification and screening from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by an interview before the Selection Committee from 03:00 PM onwards. If the number of candidates is large, a subject-based written MCQ test may be conducted prior to the interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending document verification or the interview.
