CRPF Constable Tradesman Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online

The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has officially released a recruitment notification for Constable (Tradesman & Technical and Pioneer) posts for both Male and Female candidates. A total of 9,175 vacancies are available for Constable (Technical & Tradesmen) — comprising 9,096 for males and 79 for females — along with 20 vacancies for Constable (Pioneer Wing).

This is a national-level recruitment drive covering various trades such as Driver, Motor Mechanic Vehicle, Cook, Barber, Tailor, Bugler, Safai Karamchari, Mason, Electrician, and more

. 

Eligibility: Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th) or equivalent from a recognized board. For the Driver trade, a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License is mandatory, while for Mechanic Motor Vehicle, an ITI certificate along with relevant experience is required.

Age Limit: For Constable (Driver), the age limit is 21 to 27 years. For all other Technical & Tradesmen including Pioneer trades, the age limit is 18 to 23 years. Age relaxation is provided for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government norms. 

Application Fee: The application fee is ₹100 for General, OBC, and EWS male candidates. SC, ST, all female candidates, and Ex-servicemen are fully exempted from paying any fee. Payment can be made online through debit/credit card, net banking, UPI, or similar modes.

Salary: Selected candidates will be appointed as Constables (Tradesman) in the CRPF under Pay Level 3 with a monthly salary ranging from ₹21,700 to ₹69,100, along with allowances as per government norms. 

Selection Process: The recruitment process will consist of a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standards Test (PST), Computer Based Test (CBT), Trade/Skill Test, Document Verification, and Medical Examination.

4. Log In to Your Account: Use your registration credentials to log in and access the application form.
5. Fill the Application Form: Carefully complete the online application form with personal details, educational qualifications, the trade/post applied for, and the State/UT of domicile. 
6. Upload Required Documents: Upload scanned copies of your recent colour passport-size photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as per the given specifications.
7. Pay the Application Fee: Pay the application fee online (if applicable) through BHIM, UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or CSC Wallet.
8. Review Before Submitting: Carefully check all the entered details to ensure there are no errors before final submission.
9. Submit the Application: Click the submit button to complete your application.
10. Save the Confirmation: Take a printout of the application form and e-receipt for future reference. Candidates should also bring two coloured printouts of the Admit Card at every stage of examination.
